Feelin' Crabby?

For sweet Karen, who seems to be having issues with crab....

Crab Dip
8 oz. Non-fat cream cheese
1 tbsp. 1% milk
1 can crabmeat (pre-cooked & coarsely chopped)
2 tbsp. Minced onions
½ tsp. Creamed horseradish


Mix all ingredients, with fork, until smooth. Serve cold.
If you want to serve it hot, bake at 350F for 15 minutes, stirring halfway through.
You can add more bite, by using more horseradish.
(You obviously don't have to use all the low/no fat ingredients. You'll get a creamier dip if you use all regular ingredients.)
